We Train Your People
Qualified CentrAlert instructors possess broad, hands-on experience in emergency communications and Crisis-Driven Alert & Control. On-site or remote training is available for operators, administrators and maintenance personnel. We provide:
- Operator training: This training is designed for the individual(s) who will be responsible for interfacing with C-DAC on a daily basis.
- Maintenance training: This training is designed for those responsible for C-DAC system maintenance and upkeep. Maintenance training will involve learning not only how to maintain and repair C-DAC but also how to report on system use and testing.
- Administrator training: This training shows the administrators how to set up actions and recipes, coordinate events, run reports, and care for the alarms.
